The purpose of the study is to identify key transport and logistics infrastructure projects for the Mackay Region to support continued and sustainable economic and industry growth and diversification. Study outputs will be to identify priority projects for the Region, the capital costs involved, the return on investment expected from project delivery and (where relevant) the opportunity cost of not delivering on the project.
